Book three of the "Evernight Series"

This book is set 4 days after the attach on Evernight Academy and Bianca and Lucas are back with Black Cross again... something that they really don't want, but have little choice in the matter.

Bianca trains with them and learns from them, but keeps her secret that she is a half vampire from them... it would mean death if they found out. This cell that they are with moves to New York and major things happen that make Bianca and Lucas on the run again.

Don't wont to give too much away, but things turn out bad for the lovers...

Will the final installment set everything to right...we'll have to wait and see!

Absolutely love reading this series...even more than the Twilight series.

I really like Bianca and Lucas and how they are growing together.

Lots of action, I read it within two days.

The much awaited 2nd book in the Evernight series which if possible is better than the first book ...... The third book comes out in December in the USA so I may have to ask some of my American friends very nicely to get me a copy when it comes out !!!

Since everyone loves Twilight and looking for another series to read ... This is it ..... I read it in a day and loved it :) .... ( And not just because the cover is purple my favourite colour ) ...

Bianca is back a the Evernight Academy trying to figure out why humans are admitted to the school !!! ....... She is still in love with Lucas but things prove difficult when your boyfriend is a member of the Black Cross ( Vampire Hunters ) ........ Bianca finds herself changing more and more each day into a Vampire !!!!! .... When strange things start to happen at the Academy ... Maybe all those ghost stories ours parents told us about are actually true !!!

Again if you love your fantasy, Vampire books then this series is for you :) I just have to hang out now for book 3 !!!!

She will risk anything for the chance too see him again, even if it means coming face-to-face with the vampire hunters of Black Cross - or deceiving the powerful vampires of Evernight. Bianca's secrets will force her to live a life of lies.

Yet Bianca isn't the only one keeping secrets. When Evernight is attacked by an evil force that seems to target her, she discovers the truth she thought she knew is only the beginning...

Second book in the Evernight series.

I have been waiting to read this one for quite some time as it is one of my favourite series.Really enjoyed reading it and it just went on from where the first one finished.Love the character of Bianca, she is starting to stand on her own two feet as she discovers that her parents have been keeping secrets from her. Lucas hasn't been able to spend much time with Bianca and jealousies start to creep into the relationship. Both realize that in the end the only people they can count on each each other.

Great read, flows well... couldn't put it down until I had finished it.

Look forward to reading the next installment...Hourglass.

She's been uprooted from her small hometown and enrolled at Evernight Academy, an eerie Gothic boarding school where the students are somehow too perfect: smart, sleek, and almost predatory. Bianca knows she doesn't fit in.

Then she meets Lucas. He's not the "Evernight type" either, and he likes it that way. Lucas ignores the rules, stands up to the snobs, and warns Bianca to be careful—even when it comes to caring about him.

"I couldn't stand it if they took it out on you," he tells Bianca, "and eventually they would."

But the connection between Bianca and Lucas can't be denied. Bianca will risk anything to be with Lucas, but dark secrets are fated to tear them apart . . . and to make Bianca question everything she's ever believed.

I blame one of my fellow bookclub ladies (Legs) for recommending me this book .... And I was not disappointed ....

A couple of things if you loved Stephenie Meyers then you are going to love this book .... And make sure you have dinner prepared for the family because you will be too busy reading to worry about cooking it !!!!

This is a great wee book and just when you have an idea what is going on another wee twist sneaks in .... Thankfully the second in the series is out now (which I will be racing down to my bookstore to get ) and the third comes out later next year !! ....

I have been reading alot of teen novels at the moment and really enjoying them ... I don't want to give away to much of the story-line but it is about a school called "Evernight" where things just aren't want they seem !!! ........ And the connection between Bianca and Lucas !!! Lets just say in Facebooks terms "It's Complicated"

I loved this book and cannot wait to read the next in the series ....
